This page will explain the steps and requirements necessary for someone to become a part of the local staff for the Shoppe Keep wiki. To learn more about what each group does, please read the user rights help page.
Autopatrol[]
An administrator will place a user in the autopatrol group when they believe that user no longer needs manual patrolling of their edits. This is the very first sign of trust given to a user, and marks the beginning of the promotion process.
Users who are in the Autopatrol group: 1
Rollbacker[]
Users must first be in the autopatrol group before being considered as a rollbacker, and must also show dedication and passion for the community and the topic it is about - Shoppe Keep. If you are actively involved in the community, adding new content, reverting vandalism, and helping others who make mistakes, you are likely to be picked to join the rollbacker group.
Users who are in the Rollbacker group: 0
Chat Moderator[]
Users must first be a rollbacker before they can qualify to be promoted as a chat moderator, and must be active in the chat room.
Users who are in the Chat Moderator group: 0
Discussion Moderator[]
Users must first be a rollbacker before they can qualify to be promoted as a discussion moderator, and must be active in the forums.
Users who are in the Discussion Moderator group: 0
Content Moderator[]
Users must first be a chat moderator or discussion moderator before they can qualify to be promoted as a content moderator, and must be active.
Users who are in the Content Moderator group: 0
Administrator[]
Users must first be a content moderator before they can qualify to be promoted as an administrator, and must also have a favorable review from the entire community through a poll or forum discussion, if possible. (If a poll / discussion is not possible, current staff will substitute.)
Users who are in the Administrator group: 0
Bureaucrat[]
Users wishing to become a bureaucrat must already be an administrator, and must show continued loyalty to the community. As with the administrator position, the community must come together to vote for a new bureaucrat through a poll or forum discussion. (If a poll / discussion is not possible, current staff will substitute.)
