I love this game terribly, but I'd like to get it from somebody played all the time and waiting for multiplayer
I'm probably not the first to mention this, but.
I've found this game so far to be pretty good and I've also been having thoughts of how multiplayer could be implemented.
At first I was thinking competitive gameplay where you work to get the better shop maybe send your customers over to theirs to rob them or even hire Barbarians to attack them. When I think of all of the details though competitive probably wouldn't work.
Coop I'm kind of stuck on with ideas though. At first I was thinking I'd be a great idea but, again when I went into details I realised how bad it would be. I can't picture coop in the game because there's currently no elements in the game to make it coop when I'd really like it to be.
1. cleaner bots that can sweep up dead body's only 2. a hammer bot that can fix furniture for you 3. multiplayer so people from around the world can visit my shop ;P 4. the ability to change the shop's floor walls and ceiling 5 the ability to upgrade your hammer to fix objects quicker 6. the ability to sell items in a group like. oh look! a plate armor set! save 10% if you buy this! 7. signs. that would go well with multiplayer like " <---- plate armour leather armor ---> 8. doors that only certain people could go through by buying a certain object or spending a certain amount of money at your shop. a lot like a sort of platinum club thing 9. the ability to give certain people certain discounts. would also go well with a platinum club thing
10.more extensions for the shop. 11. to have certain items on a discount thats different from other items. so that you could have offers like health potions! 100% off! instead of everything else in the shop 100% off too.
12. item pickup bots and stocking bots to share the same inventory so when a pickup bot pickups an item the stocking bot can put it back in its original place 13. thief zapping bots and item pickup bots to only charge gold when they zap a thief/pick up an item. instead of you spending gold on them per minute even though they might not even have to do anything 14. decorations. 15 a rival shop next door! because why not 16. more "shop like music" that you can have playing in your shop 17.barbarian attacks are currently weak and pathetic in numbers. we need bigger barbarian attacks with more barbarians to be honest. 18.the ability to send notes to other players with gifts inside them! 19. co-op mode. 2 people can run 1 shoppe together! 20. the ability to upgrade your lightning spell/sword so they do more damage 21. the ability to equip armor 22.being able to fight another player in an arena. 23. stronger barbarians in general. 24. more classes like witches or necromancers or sages or tanks or maybe even barbarians!
I just purchased Shoppe Keep and read the tutorial. I was excited to start the game and selected the Play Game option. However, after entering a name for my shoppe, nothing happened. The only option I could select was the difficulty level, which I set at very easy to start. Beyond that, the only working option was the "X" to exit out of the Play Game option. When I click on the "X" it just brings me back to the main options page with the Tutorial at the top and Quit at the bottom. :( <---Very sad.
How do I fix the zoom error? it's zoomed in, and the game is larger than my computer, leaving out a bunch of the game. I can't see options to fix this, as the option is not on my screen, because the game is zoomed in so much. Please help.
Has anyone been able to ascertain what prices you can get away with for certain items? For example, I find Health Potions still fly off the shelves at around 160% markup. I know at a 180% they typically litter my weapons room... I've been playing around with: 160% Arrows, Health Potions 145% Sword Plain, Leather Gloves/Belts 150% Wooden Shield 140% 2h Sword/Frost Axe 130% All Tier 1 & 2 items etc.
I find these yield good profits and customers rarely throw items on the ground.
Has anyone figured what the respective distance should be on furniture? I have had issues where furniture that previously worked, now have red exclamation points. I understand that means some customers are having issues accessing the inventory of said furniture. I am going to try to create two tile lengths of space between most furniture to see if this corrects these issues.
My main suggestion is regarding the helper bots' ability to restock shelves. I think it would be more convenient if they had a very short range when searching for a place to restock items (if more advanced systems aren't already being developed). This would be a simple change in my opinion that would allow the players more control over what items are placed where. If the bot had a range as short as 1 counter length in each direction, you could quite easily set up multiple bots and keep your shelves stocked AND organized.
Another tiny suggestion I have is that the "rich customers" also cause the garbage cans outside to yield either higher quality items, or more frequently yield items, since "rich customers" would logically throw out more items.
I found a bug where AI/Custimors walk through the left wall. i have not gotten the left room yet(i only have the main room and backroom.) I placed a counter near the left wall and now the AI go into that room Through a wall. dont know if you have found it but just a heads up. PS, I LOVE THE GAME(Keep It Up!)
How do you unlock the other displays, such as hat stand? I have nowhere to sell my armor.
